Reddit (NYSE: RDDT) delivered a standout Q1 2025, reporting revenue of $392.4 million—a 61% year-over-year increase that surpassed analyst expectations of $369.5 million. The company achieved its first profitable quarter with a net income of $26.2 million, translating to $0.13 in diluted earnings per share (EPS), a significant turnaround from the $575.1 million loss in Q1 2024. Adjusted EBITDA also saw substantial growth, reaching $115.3 million, up from $10 million the previous year. These results mark Reddit's third consecutive quarter of revenue growth exceeding 60%.
